I am Quentin Fortabat, an energy healer based in Soustons and a trained magnetiseur practitioner (French traditional energy practice) since 2023. I welcome you into a warm, safe and caring space, dedicated to self-listening and wellbeing.
Each session is a time to pause, to recentre, to welcome what arises and to gradually let go of what no longer suits you. My approach invites you to explore your feelings, your emotions and the different parts of yourself that may need attention and understanding.
Through my intuitive listening and perceptions, I help you become more aware of your experiences, blockages and imbalances, so as to encourage a more peaceful inner journey.
My intention is to offer you a space where you can move forward at your own pace, respecting your history and your needs of the moment. Each session is unique and adapts to what is RIGHT and GOOD for you.
Energy healer and magnetiseur practitioner: my approach
I trained as a magnetiseur practitioner in 2023. Today, the term 'energy healer' better reflects my intuitive and energetic approach, based on listening, perception and intention. You can also get in touch with me as a magnetiseur in Soustons.
During energy healing sessions, I connect with the energies that guide me in order to transmit the vibrations needed for your balance at that moment.
This session works through a holistic approach, helping to rebalance the different planes of the being: energetic, emotional and inner. It can help foster a sense of harmony, calm and reconnection with yourself.
Each session is an invitation to take care of yourself, to restore your energy and to move forward with greater clarity and alignment.

Who are energy healing sessions for?
You don't need to explain everything perfectly to ask for a session. Most people I support in Soustons or remotely are going through:

How does an energy healing session unfold?

Energy healing at a distance
An energy healing session can also be received remotely, anywhere in France. The structure stays the same: we first talk by phone or message to set the frame, then we agree on a specific time.
At the agreed time you settle quietly at home, lying down or seated, and I carry out the session from my space in Soustons. We then talk about how you felt. Many people choose this option for its simplicity, with no need to travel.
