What if the most beautiful relationship was the one with yourself ?
The collective energy healing session Opening of the Heart is an invitation to return to yourself, to welcome yourself gently and to reconnect with the love you have for yourself.
Over the course of life, wounds, disappointments, stress or hardships can distance us from our heart. We then tend to forget ourselves, to judge ourselves harshly, or to seek outside what we need to nurture within.
During this session, I guide you into a caring space where the energy of unconditional Love encourages a deep reconnection with yourself. This experience allows the heart to open gently, releases emotional tension and helps restore a sense of peace, security and inner wholeness.
Opening the heart is not only about loving others; it begins, above all, with the ability to love, accept and fully recognise oneself. It is this quality of presence with oneself that then allows one to shine more freely in one's personal, family and professional life.
Each participant receives exactly what they need, respecting their own pace and journey.
Who is it for?
This session is for anyone who feels the need to reconnect with themselves, to nurture self-love, to restore emotional balance and to open their heart to a gentler relationship with life.
No prior experience is required. Simply come with the intention of taking care of yourself and giving yourself this time of inner reconnection.
Because everything begins with the love we have for ourselves.
Energy cleansing of a space
Finding a more harmonious atmosphere at home
I come to you for an energy cleansing of your house, flat or business premises.
Over time, a space can be marked by the emotions, events and life stages of its occupants: stress, conflict, bereavement, separation, moving in or periods of change.
Within my approach, these imprints can influence the atmosphere you feel in a space. My work aims to encourage a more harmonious, settled atmosphere — nothing is promised, and these impressions are not presented as scientifically proven phenomena.
When do people feel the need for an energy cleansing of their home?
- you feel a heavy or oppressive atmosphere at home;
- you have the sense of being uncomfortable in certain rooms;
- emotional tension seems connected to the place itself;
- you find it hard to relax, sleep peacefully or feel fully at home;
- you have just moved into a new place, or a significant change has happened in the occupants' lives;
- you simply wish to find a more harmonious atmosphere again.
An energetic harmonisation of the space
Within my approach, cleansing a space aims to encourage a freer flow in your home or workplace:
- releasing what seems to stagnate;
- lightening and soothing the atmosphere you feel;
- re-harmonising the spaces;
- supporting the wellbeing and rejuvenation of occupants.
How does my visit unfold?
Each session is carried out with attentiveness, kindness and respect for the space. Depending on your needs, it may include:
- a conversation with you, opening the space and setting an intention;
- energetic release and cleansing work (smudging, sound, visualisation or other suitable tools);
- energetic rebalancing and harmonisation of the space;
- energetic protection and closing the work.
Each cleanse is unique and adapts to the history of the space and the needs of its occupants: a house, a flat, a bedroom, business premises or a new home before moving in.
A harmonisation process
Energy cleansing is not a magic act, but a form of support based on presence, intention and energetic work. It aims to encourage a calmer atmosphere between the space and the people who live there, with no promise of results.
Because a harmonised space can contribute to calmer daily life, it often becomes easier to find clarity, quiet and a sense of being at ease at home.
